Uniform Shop

The Uniform Shop is located in the Small Hall, near the canteen.
Hours of operation are every Wednesday, 8.40-9.15am
and the 1st Saturday of each month during term, 10.00-11.00am.

The price list is available at the office and canteen or downloaded from links below.
 Orders can be sent in to the classroom, or dropped off at the office, or canteen and will be delivered to students in their class within a few days time.    Downloaded excel file can also be filled in and emailed to hazouniforms@gmail.com with payment instructions, please do not email card details.

LABEL FUNDRAISER

2016 Rewind

REWIND Rock Shock and Horror

WHEN : 13th August 2016 from 7.00pm

TICKETS : are $20 per head cash or credit welcome

 alone, as a couple, or in a group the tables seat up to ten people


What do I bring? I hear you ask… some cash for raffles and auctions on the night, food and drinks, a sense of humour and don’t leave your dancing shoes at home, you will need them

If you have not been before this may be your last chance to revel in the awesomeness of the REWIND band and all that they bring with them.  










2016 Spring Garden Festival



Now in its 32nd year, the Hazelbrook Public School P&C is once again proud to showcase the beauty and diversity of mid-mountains’ gardens in this wonderful springtime celebration. Five of our local gardeners have opened their gates for this year’s festival.

When: 17th–18th  and 24th - 25th September 2016

Time: 10.00am – 4.00pm

Cost: All gardens $20.00.
Single garden $5.00, children under 16 free (must be accompanied by a paying adult). Tickets available from all gardens.

Refreshments Available
Tea, coffee and biscuits are available at Tarralleah (Garden 3). Refreshments are also available at 20 Mile Hollow Cafe - Woodford & Balanse Cafe - Hazelbrook.
Please check for opening times.

Plant Sales 
There will be a wide variety of plants for sale at Garden 3 Tarraleah, including plants propagated by the school community on sale.

Student Art Installations
The students of Hazelbrook Public School have created some fabulous works of art for this years festival. Keep an eye out for these wonderful creations.

Toilet Facilities
Hazelbrook Shops, Gloria Park, located at the end of Lester Avenue and at Garden 5 Dayspring.

Important Information
The Hazelbrook and Woodford Garden Festival Committee and the festival garden owners have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the gardens are safe for visitors. However, there are inherent dangers in all gardens, including water features, and visitors are asked to stay on paths. Children should also be closely supervised at all times.

Canteen Details

The Canteen Co-ordinator is Sharlene Whye Filtness 47586120 (ext Canteen).
The canteen is open 8.45am – 1.30pm Monday – Friday.

Ordering

If you would like to order online please go to www.ouronlinecanteen.com.au


  • Please use a separate bag for recess and lunch orders.
  • Ensure your child's name and class are clearly written on each bag.
  • Canteen supplied bags will be charged at 10¢ each. (No envelopes please)
  • Recess and Lunch orders should be taken to class by your child and placed in the lunch order box.
  • Lunch orders (food and drink) will be delivered to your child's class in the lunch order box.
  • Any change will be taped into the lunch order bag.
  • Orders for frozen items will be stamped. Your child needs to bring the stamped lunch order bag to the canteen when the play bell rings to collect their frozen item/s.
  • The canteen closes at the end of first half of lunch (ie: at 1.30pm when the second half lunch bell goes).

Recess Orders

  • Please clearly mark "Recess" on a recess order.
  • Ensure your child's name and class are clearly written on each bag.
  • Your child should collect his or her recess order from the canteen at recess.

Hazelbrook Public School P & C Association Information
The P&C Association is a school-based organisation consisting of parents, teachers and interested citizens. This organisation meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month (at 7.30pm) in the school staff room above the Administration block.
The P&C is established to:
  • Promote the interest of our school by bringing parents, citizens, students and teaching staff into close co-operation.
  • Assist in providing facilities and equipment for our school and promote the recreation and welfare of the students at our school.
  • Encourage parent and community participation in curriculum and other educational issues in the school.
  • Assist and cooperate with teaching staff at public functions associated with the school.
Our P&C is a member of the Federation of P&C Associations and abides by the rules and guidelines of this body. Our P&C members are expected to abide by our own P&C Code of Conduct, which includes the Department of Education, Training and Employment Code of Conduct.

All families at HPS are welcome and encouraged to participate in the P&C Association meetings and activities. There is a cost of one dollar per year to ensure voting rights at meetings. This may be paid at any time at a P & C meeting. The Annual General Meeting of our school is held in March.
 Meetings are held in the Staffroom, Level 1, in the Administration Building at the school.
